Terrace View LLC was born from resilience and a passion for craftsmanship. After a severe accident that left Pablo Sr. with multiple broken bones and a damaged back, he had to leave the intense labor of construction. Undeterred, he transitioned to landscape maintenance, where he began maintaining lawns, building fences and decks, and ensuring residents and HOAs were satisfied with his services. His son, Pablo Jr., joined him in this journey, contributing his own skills and dedication. With over 25 years of experience in construction, landscaping, framing, fencing, and remodeling, Pablo Sr. delivers top-quality craftsmanship with a focus on professionalism and detail.
